Under his leadership, the church has grown into a powerful Apostolic hub influencing both local culture and global missions.

Michael is also the founder of Pivot 90, a coaching and consulting firm designed to help churches, entrepreneurs, and visionary leaders execute bold, strategic pivots in just 90 days. Through his proprietary PIVOT framework, he equips others to break stagnation, build momentum, and transform their organizations into movements.

In addition, he founded Echo Farms, a sustainability-focused outreach initiative dedicated to using agriculture to feed communities and restore dignity to underserved populations. His commitment to creative problem-solving and hands-on leadership has made a tangible difference in countless lives.
